Soft and chewy Mini Egg White Chocolate Chip Cookies are packed with crunchy candy eggs and melty chips. A fun Easter treat made in one bowl—ready in under 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS Butter, egg, sugar, flour, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, salt, white chocolate chips, and Cadbury Mini Eggs. 

Beat softened butter with brown and white sugar until creamy and light.

Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined and smooth.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir just until a soft dough forms.

Gently stir in chopped mini eggs and white chocolate chips. Save a few for topping.

Scoop dough onto a baking sheet and bake until edges are lightly golden.

Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Soft, chewy, and full of Easter candy!
