Rich, chewy brownies made in one bowl and loaded with chopped Easter chocolate eggs.

INGREDIENTS Butter, cocoa, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, and Cadbury Mini Eggs. That’s it—simple and chocolatey.

Chop mini eggs or gently crush them in a bag with a rolling pin. Set a few aside for topping.

Whisk eggs until frothy, then add melted butter, sugar, cocoa, flour, vanilla, and chopped mini eggs.

Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle extra mini eggs on top for crunch and color.

Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, until edges pull away and center is set.

Let brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

Soft, fudgy, and filled with Easter candy—these mini egg brownies won’t last long.
