– mangoes – tomatoes – red onion – red bell pepper –cilantro –fresh lime juice –kosher salt – habanero pepper
Slice the tomatoes into small pieces - place them in a large mixing bowl.
Chop the red onion and red pepper into similar-size chunks and add to the tomatoes.
Peel and dice the mango and add to the bowl with lime juice.
Add sea salt and a small amount of habanero pepper. If you want your salsa spicier, add more! Stir to combine.
Transfer the fruit salsa to a serving dish, and serve with your favorite tortilla chips, on tacos or burritos, or eat it straight up!
