– 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless –olive oil –dry chicken rub
Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F. Place frozen chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, in a single layer. Brush the top and sides of the chicken with olive oil.
Season the top of the chicken breasts liberally with dry rub.
Air fry chicken for 6 minutes. Break the chicken apart, and flip over with tongs.
