How to make a thick smoothie bowl

This thick smoothie bowl is creamy, sweet, and delicious. This frozen fruit smoothie bowl is full of nutrients that will fuel you for the whole morning.  A healthy breakfast idea with no added sugar!

1 ripe banana, frozen, sliced 2 tbsp milk, plant-based or dairy 1/2 cup frozen berries

Ingredients

In a food processor or high-powered blender, add 1 frozen sliced banana (about 20 slices). Add in 2 tbsp of milk and pulse or blend until creamy.

Instructions

Add ½ cup of frozen berries and pulse until well blended

It will be a thick and creamy consistency.

Spoon the smoothie into a bowl.

Top with your favorite toppings and serve!
