Homemade  Smash Burger Recipe


Make delicious smash burgers in under 10 minutes! These juicy burgers have a crispy crust, and then are topped with homemade burger sauce and caramelized onions on a toasted bun for a new favorite dish!


-ground beef      -paprika -garlic powder   -cheese -salt + pepper    -onion -Worcestershire sauce -hamburger buns -mayonnaise     -mustard -ketchup            -pickle juice -chopped pickles

Preheat your grill, griddle, or cast-iron pan. Make the burger sauce by mixing together the sauce ingredients.

Mix the seasonings and Worcestershire sauce with the ground beef in a large bowl.

Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions, each about a quarter pound or 4 ounces.

Once the grill is preheated, place the balls of meat directly on the grill. Flatten each patty.

Flip the patty over and add a slice of cheese to melt. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked.

Assemble your burger with the special sauce, smash burger, and any favorite toppings.  Enjoy!
