Healthy Mango Smoothie Bowl

Now that we are in the middle of summer, what could be better than enjoying a refreshing and nutritious mango smoothie bowl for breakfast?  This recipe is easy to follow and customizable depending on your taste preferences. Plus, it's perfect for busy mornings!

– 1 ripe banana frozen, sliced – 2 tbsp coconut milk, unsweetened or milk of your choice – ½ cup frozen mango, diced


Place banana and milk in a food processor or high-powered blender.



Pulse or blend until the consistency is creamy.

Add ½ cup of mango chunks.

Pulse or blend until combined and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into a shallow bowl.

Top with your choice of toppings.

Serve immediately!
