This easy Spinach Dip Recipe is super creamy, cheesy, and incredibly tasty.  Make it in just 15 minutes using simple ingredients. This no-bake dip is gluten-free, keto-friendly, and low-carb.

– Baby spinach  – Cream cheese  – Mayonnaise – Sour cream – Green onion – Worcestershire sauce – Garlic powder –Onion powder – Black pepper – Parmesan cheese


Place fresh spinach in a large skillet. Heat over medium heat until wilted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and cool.



Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

Add sour cream and mayo to the cream cheese. Beat again with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce to the cream cheese mixture. Blend until well combined.

Add chopped green onion and parmesan cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Blend until smooth at low speed.

Squeeze out excess water from the spinach. Wrap in paper towel and squeeze out as much water as you can. Place spinach on a cutting board and chop with a knife.

Add chopped spinach to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in with a spoon or spatula.

Transfer the creamy spinach dip to a serving container. Top with extra chopped green onion if desired, and serve with vegetables, bread, crackers, chips, or pork rinds.
