– 16-20 Perogies frozen – 8-10 bacon slices cut in half – salt and pepper to taste
-Preheat the smoker to 225°F. -Wrap each frozen perogy with half a slice of bacon. - Place the wrapped perogies, seam side down, on a baking sheet or grilling tray in a single layer.
