– 312 gram baby spinach fresh. You can also use 14 oz of frozen spinach, squeezed dry. – 8 oz cream cheese softened – ¾ cup mayonnaise – 1 cup sour cream – ¼ cup green onion chopped – ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – ⅛ tsp black pepper – ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Place fresh spinach in a large skillet. Heat over medium heat until wilted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and cool.
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Add sour cream and mayo to the cream cheese. Beat again with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce to the cream cheese mixture. Blend until well combined.
