Easy  Chia Pudding  Recipe


This easy Chia Pudding recipe is full of fantastic banana flavor and filled with hearty chia seeds. This easy to make recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!

INGREDIENTS -bananas -milk -chia seeds -vanilla -cinnamon -maple syrup

Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl and add the chia seeds.

Add the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and mix well.

Transfer the chia pudding to a serving glass or jar.

Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. The mixture will thicken.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
