EASY  Breakfast POTATOES recipe

These perfectly seasoned Ultra Crispy Breakfast Potatoes are soft and tender on the inside, and crispy and golden brown on the outside. They are so delicious, and make the perfect breakfast potato.

– Potatoes  – Olive oil – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Paprika – Seasoning salt – Black pepper


Cut the potatoes into cubes in 1 to 2-inch pieces. Place diced potatoes into a large bowl. Add seasonings and olive oil to the bowl and mix until combined.



Preheat the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add potatoes to the basket of the air fryer. Do not overcrowd the basket of the air fryer. You want the potatoes to cook evenly and get really crispy.

Set the cooking time for 20 minutes, and be sure to shake the basket halfway through, at about 10 minutes.

Top with grated cheese if desired.
