These Ultra Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes are perfectly seasoned, cooked until crispy and golden brown on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. They cook in half the time as the oven and only use a fraction of the oil. These are so delicious you can eat them on their own, as a side dish, or serve them up as hashbrowns for breakfast.

– 2 pounds potatoes washed, peeled, diced – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp paprika – ½ teaspoon seasoning salt – ⅛ teaspoon black pepper


Cut the potatoes into cubes in 1 to 2-inch pieces. Place diced potatoes into a large bowl. Add seasonings and olive oil to the bowl and mix until combined.



Preheat the air fryer. I set the temperature at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add potatoes to the basket of the air fryer. Do not overcrowd the basket of the air fryer. We want the potatoes to cook evenly and get really crispy.

Set the cooking time for 20 minutes, and be sure to shake the basket halfway through, at about 10 minutes.
