This Delicious Chia Seed Pudding is the perfect make-ahead breakfast or snack. You can easily customize it with your favorite toppings!

INGREDIENTS -bananas -milk -chia seeds -vanilla -cinnamon -maple syrup

Mash ripe bananas in a medium bowl and add the chia seeds.

Add milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix well.

Transfer the pudding mixture to a serving glass or jar.

Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
