Crab Apple Syrup Recipe


This easy and delicious homemade Crab Apple Syrup is a great way to use up crab apples! Make this syrup and store it in your pantry - no pectin required!

Ingredients: -crab apple juice -sugar

Rinse the crab apples with water.

Run the apples through an electric juicer.

Filter the juice through a strainer and cheesecloth.

Add juice to a large pot and add sugar. 

Pour juice into prepared jars and process in a water bath canner. Cool.
