Chia Seed Pudding  Recipe

This Chia Seed Pudding recipe is full of the flavor of ripe bananas and nutrient-packed chia seeds. This easy to make recipe is perfect for busy mornings - and makes a healthy snack too!

INGREDIENTS -bananas -milk -chia seeds -vanilla -cinnamon -maple syrup

Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl and add the chia seeds.

Add the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix well.

Transfer the pudding mixture to a serving glass or jar.

Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
