All that is required to make this easy egg casserole is: - eggs - milk - seasoning salt - ham - shredded cheese - bell peppers - mushrooms - black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, then mix in the milk and seasoning salt.

Mix in the ham and cheddar cheese...

... and the bell peppers and mushrooms and pepper.

Pour into a greased 9 x 12 baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
