This is the BEST Chia Pudding recipe! It is full of the flavor and so easy to make! Filled with chia seeds, this easy to make recipe is perfect for busy mornings - and makes a healthy snack too!

INGREDIENTS -bananas -milk -chia seeds -vanilla -cinnamon -maple syrup

Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl and add the chia seeds.

Add the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and mix well.

Transfer the chia pudding to a serving glass or jar.

Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. The mixture will thicken.
