BEST Air Fryer Halibut

All that is required to make this delicious recipe is: -halibut fillets -flour -seasoning salt -eggs -lemon juice -Panko breadcrumbs -Parmesan cheese -garlic powder -onion powder -black pepper -avocado oil spray

Preheat the air fryer. In a shallow dish, combine flour and ½ teaspoon of seasoning salt.

In a separate dish, beat the eggs and lemon juice together.

Combine Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and the remaining seasoning salt and black pepper in a third dish.

Coat the fish fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Next, dip the fillets in the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.

Finally, dredge the fillets in the Panko coating, pressing the breadcrumb mixture onto the fillets with your fingers to adhere.
